Terms of service.

GST
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are Ex GST unless specified otherwise.

Invoicing
Payment of invoices is required within 30 days of project completion and stages can be invoiced in part payments if the project exceeds one month. Deliverables such as printed materials and electronic files will be released to client only after payment has been received for all outstanding invoices. Any extra costs incurred through debt recovery action will be passed onto the client.

Intellectual Property & Copyright
All concepts, designs and intellectual property created by Adfirm Pty Ltd belong to Adfirm Pty Ltd, unless otherwise stated and agreed to in writing by both parties. Any concepts, including themes, images and headlines remain the intellectual property of Adfirm Pty Ltd and are such protected by Australian copyright laws. If the client wishes to make additional uses of the work, the client shall seek permission from Adfirm Pty Ltd and pay an additional fee to be agreed upon.

Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days, however, supplier price rises may occur without notice and will be passed on. Variations outside the original scope of work stated can incur additional charges.

Proofs & Sign offs
All due care and consideration is taken in the preparation of any materials however once a quotation, proposal and final work is accepted and approved by the client, Adfirm Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions. Adfirm Pty Ltd will not check the accuracy of any information provided by the client unless specifically requested by the client. The onus is on the client to check the legality of the use of any materials in any advertising or marketing.

Printed Materials
Delivery dates given for printed materials are estimates only, and Adfirm Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any late delivery of goods. Every effort will be made to deliver the correct quantity ordered, but owing to the difficulty of producing exact quantities, a margin of 5% will be allowed to overs or shortages, which shall be charged or deducted as appropriate.

Promotional Use
Adfirm Pty Ltd may reproduce any design, artwork, or layout in promotional materials such as brochures, mailers, and websites, unless otherwise requested by the client. Adfirm Pty Ltd may use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the purpose of future publications on design, educational purposes, and the marketing of itself. Where applicable, the client will be given any necessary credit for usage of the project elements.

General Indemnity
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all information provided is true and correct and does not expose Adfirm Pty Ltd to any potential legal action. In such a case, the client is liable and indemnifies Adfirm Pty Ltd against any and all such action.

Customer Privacy
All data provided to Adfirm Pty Ltd is in the understanding that the client or partner accepts full responsibility for ensuring the privacy of their customers in accordance with current Australian Privacy laws.
